Orders are delivered via  Safex to residential and business addresses in India . In NCR orders are delivered via Safex/Company owned vehicle. Delivery takes place on weekdays, usually between 10am-5pm (excluding Public Holidays).

Once the order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. 

Delivery times and shipping costs
Orders will be shipped out within 3 to 7 days. Information about shipping cost will be available during the shopping process, before checkout in the webshop. 

In case you regret your purchase at sparkletop.in, we are committed to refund your product(s) within 14 days from the delivery date. The shipping and return costs will be at your own expense. Please return product(s) in original packaging and in unused condition. Sparkletop reserves the right to withhold a percentage of the purchase price when refunding, if a product is returned used or otherwise damaged. Please use an insured delivery service, as Sparkletop will not accept responsibility for items not received. Upon receipt of your return, the purchase amount is deposited into your account.

Exchange, mis-delivery, claims
If you wish to exchange your product or have received a faulty delivery or a defective product, please contact our customer service on 9811405207 or sparkletop@rediffmail.com. Please mention your web-order ID when contacting customer service. 

Claims
Within the first two years from the delivery date of your product sparkletop offers two years right to submit complaints regarding workmanship and material defects. This does not cover defects or damage caused directly or indirectly by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or manipulation. In case of a defective product, Sparkletop offers to repair, replace or credit the product.

DAMAGE caused by transportation
In case of obvious damage, we recommend that you accept the goods only with reservations or refuse to receive it. In both cases, we ask you to contact our customer service at sparkletop@rediffmail.com or call 9811405207. Please include your web-order ID so that your request can be processed quickly and efficiently.

Refund

In the case of pre-paid or returned goods that are cancelled prior to shipping, the purchase price will be refunded. The refund is usually transferred within 30 days to the credit card used for the purchase. On request the amount may be refunded by bank transfer.

Sparkletop Bins : 10 years warranty.
Other Sparkletop products: 2 years warranty.

The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused directly or indirectly by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or manipulation. In addition, it is assumed that the care instructions are followed. 

Cash on Delivery (COD) is operational in Delhi and NCR only.
